Apple sandwiches with granola and peanut butter

Monday, May 2, 2011
Wanna find a way to escape that guilty feeling about eating a peanut butter sandwich? Well, then you've come to the right place :) Oh my goodness, how scrumptious are those apple sandwiches with granola and peanut butter? What an awesome combination of nutritional fruit, healthy granola and delicious peanut butter! I'm already thinking about different variations like nutella or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top! Yum! Loves, fancy a bite of guilt-free delight? xo

P.S: Recipe here.

in all my apple loving days, i've never thought about this fabulous idea! where was this recipe during "apple week" in fifth grade where we sang songs about johnny appleseed and learned about the 1023910481 different kinds of apples? All we learned to make was DRIED APPLES.
